The Application and Validation of the Neuropsychological Battery Crosswalk in Longitudinal Data Analysis Lead Investigator: Yue Ma Institution : University of Wisconsin-Madison E-Mail : yma@medicine.wisc.edu Proposal ID : 986 Proposal Description: Monsell et al (2016) developed a test equating system (i.e., crosswalk) that equate and translate test scores from a UDS3 cognition test instrument to its corresponding UDS2 test instrument to harmonize the two test batteries. The proposed study is aimed to validate the crosswalk in its application to longitudinal studies that combine the two test batteries. The study will compare the longitudinal trajectories of cognition measured by UDS2 original test scores versus the trajectories measured by translated UDS2 test scores from corresponding UDS3 test scores using the crosswalk. Similarity in the trajectories and confirmed validity of the crosswalk would allow researchers to have confidence in combing UDS2 and UDS3 test batteries for longitudinal data analysis.
